the most dynamic and gifted comics working in
Australia today.

Paul has appeared on the Midday Show, Hey Hey
It’s Saturday, Headliners, Talking Comics, Stand Up
Australia and various
other television shows.

He has performed at the Melbourne Comedy festival a
number of times and has worked with artists as varied as Steven
Wright, John Mellencamp, Jimeoin, Mick Molloy and Phyllis Diller. Paul also
won the 1999 Sydney Stand up award for toughest show.

The Paul Brasch Comedy Hour ran on the MMM network for four years and he has contributed articles for a myriad of newspapers and magazines.

Over the years he has performed all over the world and written three one man shows…Late Night with Groucho…which was about his hero Groucho Marx….. Late Night Brasch…which was about his family..and Diablo … which was about hate and fear….he brings his new show..PaulBrasch’s Brisbane to the 2012 Comedy Festival at the Powerhouse in February.

Paul’s 2009 dvd release of his live stand up show..’Fearless’ was also a big hit now in it’s third printing.

Paul also wrote and directed the hit web series..’DeputyDavo’s Pig Squeezing Country and Western Comedy Show’ which received positive reviews from the press.

He has become such a legendary figure on the comedy circuit in Australia that John Birmingham created the character of Major Paul Brasch as a tip of the hat to Paul in John’s latest bestseller.’Weapons of Choice’.

Paul is eagerly looking forward to returning to Brisbane to unveil his latest work… Paul Brasch’s Brisbane..a comic odyssey
